This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the contact form on astonerp.ca.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your company, phone number and preferred language if you give them.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser only.

If you use the Price Estimator, we also store your selections and the resulting estimate in our database (on Cloudflare), so we can follow up on it.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your message and to follow up on your enquiry. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which also provides Turnstile, the check that keeps automated spam out of the form.

The form is delivered to our inbox by Brevo, our email delivery service. Our email is hosted by Zoho.

How long we keep it

We keep your message as long as we need it to answer you and for our ordinary business records. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us.
